Get A Halloween Costume Touchdown In Sports Costumes

Make a touchdown this football season--with your Halloween costume, that is. Become your favorite football player, basketball player or even hocky player if only for one night. You may have all of the necessary accessories for your sports costumes already. Dig through your closet to save money and look fantastic this October.

If your a Halloween costume slacker, it doesn't have to look like it. You can make your costume easy! Grab a polo, khaki pants and a golf club to become a star golfer. I suggest plaid and argyle to make a fashionable golf statement. Perhaps you're interested in wearing next to nothing. We can't forget that swimmers are great athletes, too! Grab a speedo and a pair of goggles as your minimal Halloween costume. If you want to be Michael Phelps grab a few gold medals to wrap around your neck (or a bong...). I recommend bringing a towel as you will probably get cold! Sports costumes can be as easy as you want to make them, or as detailed.

You can also choose to make your costume from scratch. You can come up with something new and surprise the guests with your sports costume. Make up your own team and bring along any other members who may wish to join you. This is great for groups of people or couples costume ideas. You can do this by Attach a number to the the back of plain t-shirts. You are now a member of a sports team only you know about. Do what you will with your face to add to the look. Take those sneakers out of your closet and put on your running shorts and voila.

If you don’t have the time or energy to make your sports costumes, consider buying one online. You can choose from a wide array of outfits including:
• Classic Womens Cheerleader Halloween Costume
• Sexy Baseball Uniforms
• Mens Samurai Warrior
• Funny Cheerleader Costume for Couples

Score a touchdown for showing up to the next costume party in the hottest--and most athletic--costume!The author commonly writes about costumes and costume accessories for SummitFashions.
